Hello English class!

We are ending the 2015 and we still are in classes :(  Now I will talk about the course of the year and the principal things what happened, according my view, on it.

Well, this year I started with a backpack travel with three classmates of the university and one old classmate of the school. We went over the south of Chile and Argentina, we went to Villarrica, Pucon, Coñaripe, Lican Ray, Valdivia, Cochamó, Rio Puelo, then we crossed the Los Andes mountain range to arrive to El Bolson.
At March I started the university classes, I began to third semester of Geography, in that semester the faculty where I study was taked for the student in the context of the student demonstration. The faculty was without classes for two months, and because of that we still are in classes. Then we came back to classes and closed the first semester quickly to begin immediatily after the second semester.
In the second semester I have travel three times! (that was a good thing); to La Serena with a coral agrupation, to Valdivia for the National encounter of geography students, and to Valparaiso on bicycle. Now I am ready to finish the academic year on eight of january.

My Blog Experience

Good morning English class!!!

This morning I am going to write about my  English's blog experience on the course of English at Universidad de Chile. There are four step of english that I have to approve on my career, and each one go on for one semester. Actually I am on English 4 and I remember we use the blog since English 3 like a method to free your mind and practice English with the writing week to week. This experience have been really good to progress my writing ability. First the teacher said us don't translate a text, he said the idea of use the blog is put on practice the ability of write in english; that was dificult when I started to write, the words doesn't came easylly to my mind and in that moment realise that I had a problem of vocabulary, but I always tried to write in Englis and not translate. Obviously I don´t thinked everything in english and some sentenses I thinked in spanish and then I made it in english on my mind. When I had problems to found  a particulary word in english, I used the page "Wordreference", because the teacher told to the class that it is a goog page which translate words and help you to put it in context whit diferente sentenses.

I do a post every weeks on thursday when I have english class on the morning. And only some times a do comments on my classmates blogs, because I forget it many times :(   . I always read the teacher Simon's blog where he put the instructions for the blog of the class. I learn so much reading the teacher's blog because he show me other forms to build sentences and make me question the form that I build the sentences. Some times I also read the blog of my classmates, I read the Ignacio's blog, Magdalena's blog and Carlos´s blog.

Birthday party

Hello English Class !!

This thursday morning I will write about a party that I did in my hause (when I lived in La Reina) when I turned seventeen. Well, we (me and my guests friend ) get together at the lunch time and we did a barbecue on the hause's backside patio and then we stayed celebrating until the nigth.

That was the first time on a lot of time that I celebrated my birthday with a party on my hause, when I was really young (seven or eigth years) I did partys for my birthday organizated for my mother on my Grandparent´s hause on Las Condes. But then I decided not celebrate with a party for many years until my seventeens because I really don't had own motivation. Because of this, this party was important for be the firs on a lot of time and this time I really wanted to celebrate my birthday.

On this time I was on the third grade of the secundary education at school and I had a lot of good friends on my grade who obviously went to the party. Also went to the party friends of out of the school that I was Knew at others partys and friends whith who I Get together to play music.

Well in the beginning we enjoyed so much the food, we ate meet, salads, and drinked beer and we really laughed so much. There was music with high volume, In the middle of the noon my mother bring a cake and the people sang the happy birthday song...  on this moment my friend take me for the legs and arms and launch me up seventeen timens (jajajaja) The the party is carry on and we dance.

I remember really good this party and was a good moment for me because there was very special friend !!

Geografía del Mar

well, I study Geography at Universidad de Chile, in Santiago. In this career there are a mixture of different subjects, we classify its in two categorys: social and fisic courses. Today I will speak about a course of the fisic category, Geografía del Mar, what I taked the past semester.
This course were taught for the the teacher Maria Victoria Bauerle who is geographer. The assistant was Misael Cabello.
In the course I learnt many things about the fisic conditions of the shore; the shore is specially dinamic because the sea is in constant movement and that modify continuously the coastal territorys. As well as I learnt the causes of waves, the erosion and sedimentation of beaches, the cientific clasifications of the beaches according to the energy and dinamic, the origin of dunes, and many things more about the shore.
I liked this course because the subject was very interesting to me, I learnt things completelly news to me. This subject is really important to know for a geographer because many people live at the coastal areas and the dinamic of shore have influence in the planification and urbanization. As well as I liked the course because the assistant maked sure that the student learnt the contents of the asignature.
I disliked about the course that we diden't make a field trip and the evaluations was so much memory of concepts, but that happen on a lot of university courses.

Hello people

Today I will tell you about a thik that I want to have. This think is a musical instrument, a Cuatro Venezolano what is like an ukelele but is not an ukelele, just have the same size and both have four string but they have diferent origin. The Cuatro Venezolano is used principally in the traditional music of Venezuela and also is easy to find it in the latinoamerican musci in general. It is used to play diferent rhythms and particulary the Joropo what is traditional of venezuela, this music is very dificul to play in the Cuatro, it require a complex technique and skill. In Chile Violeta Parra used the Cuatro to play and record some songs, the most known example is ''Que he sacado con quererte".

Well I want this instrument because always I have been captivate for his sound and form to play. One year ago a friend whit who I play music lend a Cuatro to me for one month. I was facinated with the instrument and I learn some songs... but only for one month :(

Hi everybody! As you can imagine, I don’t be (WE, ^) a person that  visit restorant (Sp,)  all time, I just to visit some restorant (Sp) when my parents or my inlaws invite me. So, I don’t going (WE) to talk about some beautiful place or some place with delicious or special food, I going (WE) to talk a simple (WE) place that I visit some times, when I pass for that street, it is “Punto y Coma” a fast food restorant (Sp) that is very known for the neighborhood because this place are (WF) open 24 ours (Sp) of the day! So you can to imagine that I pass for this place most of the (WE) time before or after some party. This place is in Gran Avenida, relatively close of my house, so I have passed (WE) a long of time when (WW) my friends of San Miguel.

The Punto y Coma is a little local that sold hotdogs, burgers, fries, “as”, and more types of sandwich. You can to sit down and eat in the same place, but there is a no more than 10 people place (WT), so you have to go prepared to maybe eat (WF) in the park or the street. I can’t remember the last time that I went, maybe it was on summer with my boyfriend and others friends. That is a clean place, the best fast food place that you would find on (WW) three in the morning, and also is very closer to the metro station, and is a (WE) illuminated places… you can protect yourself of any robberies too.

A Restaurant

Good morning friends !!

This morning I am going to write about a little peruvian restauratn what I like to go. In this moment I have really hungry and remember the restauratn mke my stomach sound. Well, the restaurat is called "El Puroperú", his owners are peruvians and many of the workers also are preuvians. This restauran be on Av. Macul between Los Platanos and Quilin, it is at two bloks of my hause. I like this restaurant because the food is very tasty, specially for the condiments; you can eat meat (calf, pig chicken), fish or shellfish, also they have seviche, aji de gallina, the plates are with rice and delicious sauces. To finish the lunch I like to eat dessert, specially Suspiro Limeño. The last time I went to Puroperú was the last weekend with my mother who invite to me. In others times I have been go with my grandmother when she comes to Santiago to visit us, or also with my friend or my mother's friend or with a lot of family.
Also, in the restaurant put good music, traditional peruvian music or in some times music of another country. The decoration is too simple, just some painting or postal of Perú, I remember one of Macchu Picchu. I alway have been feel confortable in that place.
The Puroperú restauratn ar twice, and the other is located in the same Av Macul but toward the north on the intersection with Los Alerces. One time I went with my mother and cousin to the other local.

A concert

Hi English bloggers !!

To day I will speak about a concert wha I wetnt at many years ago, I think it should have been at 2010, when I was 16 or 17 years old. Anyway, the concert was in spring of that year in Estación Mapocho, a place what in the past was the train station to travel from Santiago to Valparaiso but actually it is a cultural center of Santiago. I will at the concert to see Joe Vasconcellos and Los Jaivas; I like Joe Vasconcellos and I enjoy to see him, but I went to the concert because I specially like Los Jaivas. Los Javias are a chilean band who play popular music mixed whit psychedelic rock. Among the rhythm he play, there are cumbia, cueca, andino, and others. In that concert first play Joe Vasconcellos, then he play together with Los Jaivas and finally Los Jaivas made his concert. I went to the concert with a lot of friends, principally schoolmates. I remember we ejoy a lot the concert, it was really good, we listen our favorite songs and sang it until to be without voice, and we jump a lot too, specially in the last song. Finish the concert we walk a time for Santiago, the Estacion Mapocho is just next side to the river nearby to La Vega and Independencia. We walk for the Forestal Park until we arrive to Bellavista and then we drinked some beers and talked about the concert. Was a great nigth !

A field trip

Hello english class !!

Today I will tell you about a field trip I did in the second semester of the geography degree at 2014. The field trip was for the geology class, and we went to the ''Cajón del Maipo'' for the day. The ''Cajon del Maipo'' is a place in the metropolitan region inside the Los Andes mountain range for the riverbed of the Maipo river; at the final of Cajon del Maipo there is the Maipo Volcano where is the border between Chile and Argentina; the Cajon del Maipo is a beautiful place with precious landscapes, and there is a good place to observe the form of the mountain range and know the geologic history and the dinamic process what the planet have. Just for this reason we go there.
Well to the field trip obviously went the teacher Rauld and the and his assistant; also went almost all my generation of classmates. We went there on a buses that rent the university, we went across all the Cajon and we made six stop where we have to listen to the teacher and draw the form of the landscape and his geologic details. I personaly enjoyed so much this field trip, because I like the Cajon del Maipo, I had the oportunity to see really the contents that I watch in class; and the most important to disfrute the trip was the trip was a realle good moment whit my classmates friends, we really enjoyed the place and even we did a snow war !!!

A Walk

Hello again classmates!!!

First I want to tell you that I like so much to walk, not necessarily have to be on a natural landscape, although I really like natural landscapes, walk for the city is something so interesting also. Well, walk on a mountain is beautiful and entertaining and also you exercise your body specially your legs. I would like to do again a walk what I did when I was 14 years old, it was with my family, there was my mother, an auntie, and two cousins. This was on a national park called Huerquehue at the ninth region of Araucania, nearby of Villarrica. In the park were a lot of trails to do and we do one what climb up the San Sebastian mountain, I do not remember the height fo mountain but it was one of the most high in the park and you can see from the summit 4 lagoons and 1 lake, it was amazing. When we do this walk was a really good day, the weather was ok and with the older of my cousins we walk very fast and we avertake to the rest of the family. In the middle of trail there was a pampas with so much wind! then you continue through a woods 2 hour to arrive to the summit, here there was snow and the view was beautiful. I would like to do again this walk because it recall me a day what I really enjoy for the place where we was and because I did it with a loved people.

Good morning englis class !!!

Today I will tell you abaut a jobs I have been in the past and about the job that Iwould like to do because is what I want. The first time that I worked was at seventeen, I still was in the school. That time I work as deliveryman of newspaper; the newspaper was free, I only has to wake up at six o'clock in the morning and distribute the news. I was only a month in that job because with that month's money was enough to went of vacations. The next time I worked was whit my dad like carpenter assitant (my father was the carpenter). I worked one year with him and I really learn so much about how to do every kind of things whit wood: kitchen furnitures, beds , chairs, tables and a lot of other things, was a really good experience to my. Also I worked singing  on Santiago buses with a friend, he play the guitar an I the melodica nad both of us sang twice voices. I thing the jobs associated with music are what more like to me. For that, two years ago I buy a trombon to can job wilth this in the future. If you play well the trombon and you know how to read score music you can play with who need a musician to play in any place. I heve been studing the trombon at the last yaers and I in a near future I will be ready to job with the instrument. I think this is a good job to me because I like the music and I enjoy doing it. I know some people who does thi job, one the las year was my teacher of trombon, he teach so much to me and was an example to me in this meaning.

Hello everybody!!

I will tell you about a a country what I'd like to visit some day: Brasil. I would like to visit Brasil because I think it is a awesom !! his culture, his people and even his climate. My mother went to Brasil a lot of years ago and she told me his experience, he stay three weeks in Salvador de Bahia and she really like there, there are a lot of carnivals !!!
I would like to go to Brasil with friends, maybe a lot, and I'd like to stay many time there, I hope more of a month. I don't know what place of Brasil I want to visit because it is to dificult decision given that Brasil is enormous, But I know that I want to swim at the Atlantic ocean. Also I would like to be at carnival because I know the chilean carnivals and would be really interesting see an other culture form of carnival.

Hello!!    today I will tell you abaut a special photograph where I appear, you can see the picture down. Well, this photo was taken for a friend who is my mother's friend son, in Machu Picchu one year ago. I did that travel with my mother, his friend, the husband of my mother's friend and his 3 sons who are my friends since we are a babys. In the photograph appear my mother, his friend and her smaller son, and me in the ruins of Machu Picchu, behind are the mountains overcast for mist.
I especially like this photo because remember me the beautiful travel what was that and also because the people appear there are too important to me, they are like my family. For this reasosn I choose thi photo to show you and one year ago I put this on ma cover of facebook and still I change not it!

Well, I have been various holiday good in my life, but the last 2015's holiday I think have been the best because it was a very large holidays: one month and a week! Just with my backpack and some university and school friends. We left Santiago at february twentyeigth on train from the central station. This day we arrived to Linares when we met with other friend who live there. We stayed some days on Linares and we went to Achibueno river. Then we left to Villarrica lake. It is a very beatiful lake with a spectacular volcano. Then we went to diferent lakes of the Araucania, like Caburgua, Calfquen and Pallaifa. After two weeks going aver the Araucania zone, we left to Valdivia. There we stayed one week on a friend's hause in Isla Teja. On this week we knew diferent places of Valdivia, we went to ocean, forest and rivers. Then we left Valdivia to went to El Bolson, on Argentina! But take us many time arrive there. Because we crossed the border walking for the mountains with a beautiful landscape with rivers, lakes and forests. Finaly we arrived to El Bolson and we stayed there for a week camping on a beautiful place. Then we comeback to Santiago. The think that I most liked fo all the travel was swimmed on the rivers, lakes and sea!!!

When I was younger, approximately at 7 years, I remember I like to watch ''Los Super Campeones'', a TV programme abaut a adolescent who play football in Japan, and all his adventures are associated whit the competition whit other teams in the tournament. The principal character was Oliver Atom, who was the leader of the Super Campeones and was so good with the ball. He made a special throw called ''tiro con chanfle'', the ball made a curve in the air and trck to the goalkeeper. The Principal adversary of Oliver was Steve Hyuga, the most arrogant football player! who made the throw ''tiro del tigre''. Oliver and Steve always was rivals, but after some years they play together in the national selection.
I wathc this programme after the school in the evening but I do not remember the exact time. I always remember I enjoyed so much the programme, it was so excitingto me and when I play football with my friends we dreamed whit the special throws and we tryed do it!

I am luciano lucero and I create this blog because I have an english asignature at the university where I study geography. On this first post I will tell a little of myself.
Well, I am chilean and I live in Santiago (the capital of chile), on Macul sector. I live with my mother on a apartment.
I use my time going to the university and also I like the music, specially play guitar and sing
Other thing that I like are the travels, because traveling I can know diferent people an cultures.
